Bug Description
[2.3 alpha 3, Notifications] We need to introduce a type of notification that is local to a page and persists until dismissed by the user.
We have global notifications that appear across the application and can be dismissed by the user. There is no capability though to introduce notifications, such as information notifications, that are relevant to only one page and will not show in other pages in the application.
Bug description:
* Current result:
Given I am in a page in MAAS
When I need to get an information/ warning/ error notification related to only the entities of this page
Then I get the notification in other pages that do not have any relevant content
And it is quite confusing to see this irrelevant information.
* Expected/ correct result:
Given I am in a page in MAAS
When I need to get an information/ warning/ error notification related to only the entities of this page
Then I get a notification, which I am able to dismiss, in that page only.
[OS X Sierra]
Chrome, 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit)
Screen size: 15.4-inch (2880 x 1800)
