Holds list does not print in the order chosen

Bug Description
I can sort the holds list by any column I need to, but the Print Full List button does not print in the sorted order. Print simplified pull list used to do that, or I could set that list to print in the order I need. I have been using staff client 2.11 and am testing 3.0.

The holds pull list Print Full List button uses the printing template set up under Administration >> Workstation >> Printer Templates. See Terran's comments #4 and #5 on bug 1442838 for information on how to enter default sorts for this printer context.
I have created a wishlist bug to subsume both this issue and the related issue raised in bug 1442838. The wishlist bug is 1717010.
