Bug Description
For a couple of years, this application worked perfectly. I mainly use it to report bugs to websites and bugs in applications. Today, I want to use it to let Yahoo know that Yahoo Mail is not working.
The problem is that the full screen is not recorded - this problem started a year or two ago. A smaller window within the screen is recorded, which includes the top of the screen, but the recorded area seems to be about the top centre, such that the left-hand side, the right-hand side, and the bottom of the screen are all outside the boundaries of the recording.

My apologies. I just watched the version of the recording tyhat I uploaded to YouTube today, and sure enough, the full screen is shown.
Before I uploaded it to YouTube, I watched it in VLC media player (version 2.2.2 Weatherwax), and that's where it appeared that only part of the screen had been recorded. Now it looks like a VLC media player bug.
