Bug Description

The org unit setting 'url.remote_column_settings' allows a url to be specified where tree_column files with column settings can be stored centrally. In the xul client, this provides consistency in columns for all the workstations associated with the org unit.

The web client needs to honor this ou setting, or provide another way to store column settings in a central location accessible to all workstations.
