git ubuntu submit should set-upstream

Bug Description
Git ubuntu submit essentially pushes the current branch to a MP.
There is a high chance on any review there is feedback and you want to push a change to the MP.
Therefore it would be nice if the submit would set the upstream branch accordingly so that a simple "git push" would do the right thing.
