invisible, blurred, layer after exporting from SVG to PDF

Layer which have to be blurred in project is invisible after when file is exporting to PDF.
('rasterize filter effects' checked, PDF 1.5 too)

Hi, thanks for the report.

Unfortunately I can't replicate the issue with the attached file, and the link has expired (or at least isn't working for me).

Nothing appears missing in the pdf export, and actually Clean up Document shows that no filters are in use in the attached file.

Tested in Inkscape 0.92.2, Inkscape 0.92.5 (2060ec1f9f, 2020-04-08), Inkscape 0.92.5 (0ad1ac969f, 2020-08-06), Inkscape 1.2-dev (9a006c9b6a, 2021-07-31) Linux Mint 20 and in Inkscape 0.92.2 x86 Windows 10
