Bug Description
When I hit the ‘pip’ on the upper-right hand side of the launcher, it just closes, no settings appears.
Issue reproduced on fresh Ubuntu Mate 17.04 install.

just reproduced same issue in Ubuntu 16.04, so looks like it's not bug of Ubuntu Mate
