elementaryOS Desktop doesnt work on booting

The Wingpanel and the dock (plank) doesnt appear by booting very often, so I need to reboot the entire system and sometime it will randomly appear! The heavy bug appears after the login, when I entered my password.

I am using a acer swift of the first generation.

I found this on /var/log/syslog:
