Bug Description
Sometimes console access for HyperV VMs does not work. This is because in nova.conf, in rdp section, html5_proxy_
a DNS entry for the compute node. It can also work with FQDN, but just to be sure it works, IP is better IMHO.

HyperV: fix FreeRDP console config
Console access for HyperV VMs is now done via Kolla VIP. WebConnect is installed.
The VIP will point to each HyperV compute node IP on which
FreeRDP-
