Bug Description

Syslog will be generated whenever the Session close or Route/next-hop change happens. A new RT_FLOW_NEXTHOP_CHANGE syslog will be generated when flow session reroute happens which will contain new fields like last-interface-name, last-interface-bytes-from-client and last-interface-bytes-from-server

These needs to be taken into account when summarizing the logs as UVE.

Also, department information is in "source-zone-name" field, which needs to be used from now on.

handle APBR Midstream structured syslog messages
which now has bytes info for last interface used
for the session, enabling correct accounting of
bytes against appropriate interface.
Also, used source-zone-name as the department
