libre office will not launch. I have used the fix broken install command every day.

Sorry for the lack of feedback. Is this issue still affecting you?
If so, can you please elaborate on which application you're trying to run. Maybe run it from a terminal and share the output here? E.g.:

    libreoffice --writer

Can you please also share the output of the following command:

    apt policy libreoffice-common
