After provisioning using smlite, the vrouter-agent service is in failed state in compute.

Workaround: contrail_ server_ manager/ provision. sh, put a pause before the line where /opt/contrail/ server_ manager/ client/ preconfig. py is run
1. In /opt/contrail/
2. Go to the server.json created for the provision run. Add this for the servers:

3. Continue provision
