Gradient tool - repeat

Add the ability to create repeated gradients from the
gradient tool bar.

eg. none, reflected and direct
like in the fill and stroke dialog

I am always wary of requests demanding a very specific
implementation rather than expressing the problem trying to
be solved and this request was no exception.

Now that i look closely at it I see the gradient toolbar
does provide an Edit button but that takes you to the
gradient editor. The gradient editor repeats a lot of the
Fill & Stroke dialog (redundancy!) but it does not include
any option to turn on repeat.

The workflow is a bit strange. Maybe it would be better if
the edit button opened the fill and stroke dialog and it
contained a further button to get to the Gradient Editor.

repeat thingy again. :)

Given the changes to the gradient tool since 0.45, this is the last major
piece I see missing for the current gradient functionality.

This should be fixed by trunk commit r11134 (see bug #950677).
If there are still issues, please reopen this.
