Bug Description

Nodes are not created at the snapping location although it says "Handle to path intersection".

How to reproduce:
- two intersecting paths
- enable "snap to path intersections", all others off
- select one of the paths
- use the node tool (F2)
- go close to the intersection until it says "Handle to path intersection" and do a double click

Expected result: new node is created at the intersection

Actual result: new node might be close to the intersection but not necessarily at the intersection

Might be somewhat related to the "fixed" bug:

...just another illustration how this (buggy or inconsistent) behaviour is confusing users...

Creating nodes at the exact intersection would be an easy way to trim two intersecting paths (instead of some cumbersome way with duplicating paths and Boolean Operations and many more steps...)
