Bug Description

mon_host in /etc/ceph/ceph.conf of openstack node points to mgmt IP instead of ctrl-data IP.

Pls see ceph.conf files from openstack and compute nodes in /cs-shared/bugs/1713125.

For dual networks, following configuration is needed to correctly calculate, in the absence of this variable, mgmt ip is picked and use for configuration :

"contrail": {
    "control_data_interface": "eth1"
},

Following are the contents of yaml for puppet.

'contrail::storage::storage_monitor_hosts':
- '10.87.140.197'

retried with the explicit specification, the mon_host was verified to be pointing to the ctrl-data IP hence closing the bug.
