[2.x] Provide curtin version as part of MAAS 'version' api

Bug Description

The 'version' api provides information on the MAAS package version. It does not include curtin package version. curtin is provided by the MAAS server, and its version can change independently of the MAAS server's version. Since it's such an integral part of MAAS deployments, it would be helpful for its version to be available via the MAAS API also.
