Bug Description

I installed nova stable/newton branch code from community and installed nova-virt-zvm-driver stable/newton branch. zvm virt dirver can not work, I find the following WARNING from nova-compute log file.

2017-08-18 20:57:56.937 23294 WARNING nova_zvm.virt.zvm.driver [req-bd99fbcb-9f7a-465e-89ef-aff0aba1b4ca None None] Failed to get host stats while initializing zVM driver due to reason type object 'VMMode' has no attribute 'HVM', will re-try in 5 seconds
