HSL color slider assigns wrong color, and displays another

Bug Description

Inkscape 0.92.2, self-compiled, Linux Mint 18.3.

When I assign a color to an object and then drag any of the sliders in the fill+stroke dialog quickly, the result is not always the one that is displayed in the dialog, but something along the way. If I drag slowly, I get the correct color.

E.g. I drag the lightness slider quickly to the right, to get 'white' or #ffffff. In the Fill+Stroke dialog, it shows as #ffffffff, but in the XML editor, on the canvas, and in all other color indicators, it shows (and uses) a different color.

This will only happen when dragging, not when clicking, or entering a value. The direction of the drag doesn't seem to matter. The slider that is dragged also doesn't matter.

See attached video.

Closing as part of bug migration (duplicated in https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inkscape/issues/380)

(sorry about the noise, realised I was rushing the bug migration and had to do some double checking.)

Changed in inkscape:
