Bug Description

oslo-config-generator is reporting a warning that it could not load heat.engine.clients.keystone.heat_keystoneclient as follows:

> oslo-config-generator --config-file=config-generator.conf --output-file=/etc/heat/heat.conf
WARNING:stevedore.named:Could not load heat.engine.clients.keystone.heat_keystoneclient

This was after git clone of heat followed by "cd heat; pip install ."

    fix heat_keystoneclient config gen

    This corrects the entrypoint for heat_keystoneclient so that
    oslo-config-generator can find it.
