Bug Description

How about s/pkg/archive/? So refs/remotes/archive/ubuntu/devel, with "archive" being the remote name. This allows for both Debian and Ubuntu to be under "archive", and accurately reflects that there is some normative feed into the archive, it isn't implied that one can necessarily push to the archive, and once there it's expected to be read-only.

Also, a list of remotes ['archive', 'nacc', 'racb'] should then have an obvious understanding, perhaps?

pkg does seem to be an odd choice of name, but by now it's pretty well established. And on the plus side it's short.
