Bug Description
I use inkscape for windows.
It would be great, if I could change the font of a text
element by just using the arrow up/down keys (while I
am in the font dialog). Especially to see a preview of
the font, I always have to click with the mouse. The
arrow keys would be much easier.
Also the font preview in the font dialog could be
resized to fit in the preview box. If you use a font
size bigger than 100, the preview is useless. Then you
can just see a part of the font.

Also, the font panel changes the size of the font when all
I've indicated is I want a different weight or font family.
I think that the font panel shouldn't change anything I've
not told it to change (unless absolutely necessary, like
switching from a font with a particular weight to a font
that doesn't have a weight of the same name).
