Bug Description

Ocata -> Pike upgrade: during upgrade the switch-from-non-containerized-to-containerized-ceph-daemons.yml provided by ceph-ansible fails because it requires user input. We need a parameter in tht to pass it to the ceph ansible upgrade playbook:

Add params needed for the ceph-ansible switch to containers playbook

Pre existing Ceph clusters are migrated to containers using a
playbook in ceph-ansible which requires setting some 'ireallymeanit'
    variable.
