Bug Description

Setup:-

nodea1 -- 10.204.216.39 -- openstack, contrail-lb
nodei21 -- 10.204.217.133 -- contrail-controller, contrail-analytics, contrail-analyticsdb
nodei22 -- 10.204.217.134 -- contrail-controller, contrail-analytics, contrail-analyticsdb
nodei23 -- 10.204.217.135 -- contrail-controller, contrail-analytics, contrail-analyticsdb
nodei24 -- 10.204.217.136 -- contrail-compute
nodei25 -- 10.204.217.137 -- contrail-compute
nodei26 -- 10.204.217.138 -- contrail-compute

Openstack provisioning fails with dependency errors:-

nodea1 -- 10.204.216.39 -- openstack, contrail-lb is 14.04.5 node. This combination is not supported yet.
