Bug Description
it's currently not possible to switch the endpoint from the default (which at least in stable/ocata was publicURL). this is problematic in deployments that have network isolation, and the internal services don't have access to the public endpoints. It's possible to switch this with the swift_endpoint_type config parameter though.
