This is not a bug, but wrong settings in your configuration.

You have enabled a PPA https://launchpad.net/~thefanclub/+archive/ubuntu/grive-tools but this PPA does not provide software packages for the Ubuntu release that you are running; this leads to error messages.

You have to disable that PPA from your list of repository sources.

yes, i have remove that non release PPA using

$ sudo add-apt-repository --remove ppa:thefanclub/grive-tools

But i was looking for have PPA ppa:thefanclub/grive-tools for Ubuntu 16.04 also at https://launchpad.net/~thefanclub/+archive/ubuntu/grive-tools source list
