There are two new Australia regions to support.
Per the region list

It looks like there's new ones in Europe (paris) and others that are currently missing. It'd be good to audit and make sure Juju supports as many as possible.

Unless I am mistaken, there are only 2 Azure regions in Australia, and Juju has supported them for some time.

The newly announced regions in Europe/Africa don't come online till 2018 so we can't add them to Juju until then.
