Let's port the self-checkout interface to AngularJS.

Here's a branch that does a lot of the heavy lifting, but still needs work, particularly in the UI (just wire frames) and handling edges cases, errors, and a probably a few more library settings.

I'd like to test this but I'm having trouble getting it to apply to a 3.2 test server. Could you rebase it to current master?

Hi Terran, just to clarify, this bug was opened before the Angular migration project started. (Hence the "Angular" in the bug description -- I'll update that).

The branch posted uses AngularJS and, given our move to Angular, and the incompleteness of the branch, I'm inclined to abandon this code.

I propose we open a separate bug for the Angular port and mark this as WONTFIX.
