Re-indexing implemented in 0.66+ doubles pages

Bug Description

Upgrading from <0.66 re-indexes the notebook. This leads to pages in the notebook that exist twice then.

This also breaks links that are contained in these pages.

To illustrate the problem I attached a notebook that was created on <0.66 and gets corrupted on installing zim 0.66+.

Looks like the issue is caused by the use of underscores in the links. Filed a github ticket for further tracking here: https://github.com/jaap-karssenberg/zim-desktop-wiki/issues/183
