Import of video file renders white image

I made some videos with my Parrot Bebop2 drone. I cannot seem to import the files into the editor: the previews is just a white image. The length etc. is loaded correctly and I do not get any warnings or errors.

- Architecture: 64 Bit
- Ubuntu 16.04. LTS
- Openshot version : OpenShot 1.4.3
