Bug Description
If there is a ~/.stopmotion/
Stopmotion should report the error so that the user can fix it and give the option of recreating the file and continuing, or at the very least do one of the following:
1) tell the user which file is corrupt and let them know that it can be deleted to easily move forward or
2) silently recreate the file and log the error.
