Alignment with resizing

Bug Description

A dialog similar to the distribute and realign dialog
that size the selected objects. The following options
would be available.

- Make all objects the same height
- Make all objects the same width
- Make all objects the same width and height
- Resize all of the objects so that they align on an
axis (instead of moving the objects like the realign
dialog does)

Sizes would be based on the largest or the smallest
object in the dimension that is being changed. Or based
on the first or the last object that was added to the
selection.

The first three are now easy to do via Paste Size.
