Bug Description

This is causing most ci jobs and local environments to fail. See https://lists.centos.org/pipermail/centos-devel/2017-August/016053.html

I'm opening this as a separate bug from https://bugs.launchpad.net/tripleo/+bug/1674681 because it is a specific, temporary (hopefully...) outage and I want to have an alert bug so people can see that the failures are a known issue. That bug is more for general instability of the repos and there's a lot of previous discussion on it that would hide the details of this specific outage if I just piggy-backed on it.

Note that there's nothing I'm aware of that TripleO can do about this. The bug is solely for informational purposes.

We should have the conversation again with centos to allow people to mirror buildlogs.centos.org. Right now, they don't support rsync.
