It appears the last valid upload is https://launchpad.net/juju/2.1/2.1.3/+download/juju-2.1.3-centos7.tar.gz works. All the 2.2 series are invalid, and the 2.2.0 tarball is missing entirely.

The tarball for 2.2.2 has been re-uploaded. I've checked the process and it's unclear why the downloads got corrupted along the way. I verified the file tested and uploaded was valid and as expected.
