qt_auto_screen_scale_factor incorrectly set in /etc/profile.d/mate-qt.sh on Ubuntu 17.10

Bug Description

On a fresh Ubuntu Mate 17.10 install, /etc/profile.d/mate-qt.sh sets QT_AUTO_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTOR=1, however Qt 5.7.1 does seem to expect the env variable to be set to "true" instead of "1", thus Qt apps, like vlc and wireshark display with very small UI elements on HighDPI displays.

If I set QT_AUTO_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTOR=true then on a HiDPI display VLC is never scaled. I only see Qt scaling work when QT_AUTO_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTOR=1 is set, as described here:
