I recieve an error 'grub-efi-amd64-signed' package failed to install

Bug Description

I am installing ubuntu 14 using USB. The installation work well till the error massage is shown telling that grub-efi-amd64-signed' package failed. I have tried to install ubuntu 16 also. Same error was with that too.

Your EFI system partition is corrupt; you will need to repair it with either dosfsck or Windows' chkdsk/scandisk.
