Bug Description
When writing the eigenvalue file for non-colinear and spin-orbit coupling the EIG file indicates no, min(nspin, 2), nk, while in reality it the eigenvalues are mixed and it should be no*2, 1, nk for non-colinear and spin-orbit. This makes the file consistent in the sense that there are no spin-up/down in non-colinear and spin-orbit.
