Bug Description

When I try to download hplip-3.17.7-plugin from link in https://hplip.sourceforge.net/plugin.conf, it ends with 404 error. Please upload your plugin file to openprinting.org site or change the link to link mentioned in comment #1 in https://bugs.launchpad.net/hplip/+bug/1644932
