Incompatible requirements

Current openstackdocstheme needs sphinx >= 1.6.0 but hieroglyph does not work with that version, building fails.

But project looks dead, note latest hieroglyph version is two years old.

Huh, that's unfortunate, as we'll have to speed up the process of converting from Hieroglyph to Reveal.js. AFAIK nothing has been done in this area except that we reached a general agreement to move from Hieroglyph to something else that is actively maintained.

I'll open a discussion about that on Docs and Dev ML. Thanks for the heads-up Andreas!

I tried to use rst2html5 first but failed. I submitted an issue to rst2html5-tools: https://github.com/marianoguerra/rst2html5/issues/98 .

By the way, fortunately, hieroglyph is not dead: 1.0.0 was release on last September.
