Bug Description
This command has been overlooked in major command rename exercise that has taken place around Juju 2.0.
It is currently being deprecated for Juju 2.3 and will stay for couple of versions with a "deprecated" warning. At some stage, it will need to be removed.
During this exercise related subcommand [1], and related, will also needs to be removed. It has been replaced by "juju charm-resources" in 2.3.
