Gnocchi can't get resources by original_resource_id

Bug Description

When Gnocchi gets resource with original_resource_id not like UUID, it generates UUID for it. If you want to get such resource (and you have only original_resource_id like 'compute_node_1') , you need to search resource by original_resource_id field.

    Modification of statistic_aggregation method

    In this patch feching resource_id by resource's original_id was added to
    statistic_aggregation method.
