Bug Description
I'm sorry Canonical but I can't provide detailed information, the system tried to update automatically and I interrupted the process after which I ran "dpkg --cinfigure -a" (I think that's what I typed) into the terminal and updating process resumed. Now when I type apt-get upgrade full I get this message:
Reading package lists... Done

Reading state information... Done
Calculating upgrade... Done
The following package was automatically installed and is no longer required:
snap-confine
Use 'apt autoremove' to remove it.
The following packages have been kept back:

libinput10 libmirclient9 libwayland-

Why 28 packages aren't upgraded? I have less problems using your derivative brother "Mint", but I want to know Ubuntu as it has nice desktop (I think I'm still Unity) and as I speak I'm upgrading Ubuntu. I want to give Ubuntu the chance, but if it keeps up being so unstable then I'm sorry for dumping your work, I know that OS is not easy to make even if you have a base kernel (like true Linux is just a kernel and developers who are smart enough make an OS out of this kernel). So if possible please assist me :)

I'm looking forward to cooperate with you Canonical :)
