Bug Description
when you do complex tile clones you sometimes dont know
that its gonna use crazy amounts of ram. so it would be
great to have a cancel button that can somehow work and
cancel the tile cloning instead of freezing your
computer. then you can rework the tile cloning so that
its a bit simpler without waiting forever for it to
finish or killing the inkscape process and starting again.

Would probably be best to have a general progress bar/cancel
button system in place for all non-trivial tasks.
