ospurge fails to delete protected images

Bug Description
ospurge cannot delete protected images. It will just report 'Waiting for check_prerequis
After running 'openstack image set --unprotected $imageID' re-running ospurge will delete it properly.

Yeah... A patch should be not so difficult to write. I am not working actively on openstack anymore unfortunately.
