Bug Description

Artful now have perl 5.26 as default

but gtkorphan cant be upgraded nor purged then reinstalled:

sudo apt-get install --reinstall gtkorphan
[sudo] password for oem:
...

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 gtkorphan : Depends: libgtk2-gladexml-perl but it is not going to be installed

sudo apt-get install --reinstall libgtk2-gladexml-perl
...

Yes, we just started the perl 5.26 transition.

Please don't run proposed during the development cycle unless you want to experience these kinds of issues.

I'm closing this bug since this issue is likely already being taken care of without this bug. If this issue still happens after perl 5.26 migrates out of proposed, feel free to reopen this bug.
