Manila logs missing inside containers

Manila logs are missing from /var/log/containers. This can be easily verified by looking at logs in CI for the gate-tripleo-ci-centos-7-scenario004-multinode-oooq-container gate.

I can see the manila manage log, but not logs from other components, like here http://logs.openstack.org/94/478894/6/check/gate-tripleo-ci-centos-7-scenario004-multinode-oooq-container/89f39ce/logs/subnode-2/var/log/containers/manila/manila-manage.log.txt.gz
This looks like confirms the bug

Looking into a CI job example, manila containers have those error messages on startup

For the given CI job example, manila containers wrote no logs as they never manage to start, running in a start-crash loops. We should explore more jobs' logs, and reproduce it locally

@Victoria: I think this issue has been resolved now that your work to deploy manila containerized has completed, right? I see logs under /var/log/containers/manila and it looks the reason they were missing is that at the time of the bug report the containerized services were failing to start. Now they start and write logs as we would expect.

@Tom this should be fixed by now. Need to redeploy an environment and check. Will re-triage after that. Thanks!

This has been fixed and all logs are available under /var/log/containers/manila.
