Community misspelled in Request to Join Email Template

Bug Description

Who knows how long this misspelling has been on the join community email alert to community moderators, but a user just reported it today.

'Commnity' needs to be updated to 'community' in the first link of the email body.

Fixed. Would you believe the typo has been around for at least 8 years? We can only look as far as the date of the svn repository restructure, so maybe more.
