Bug Description

would like a bevel plugin with adjustable width
darkness/lightness and maybe roundness that can be
applied to any shape or path

it looks like another applications of the SVG filters,
particularly frComposite
(http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG11/filters.html#feComposite),
making this a duplicate of RFE #863380
