Bug Description

Coming from a 17.04 install and typing do-release-upgrade -d on the command line results in multi-monitor positioning information being lost.

I have two monitors, one is positioned below the other but on boot into 17.10, after the upgrade, the monitors are positioned side-by-side.

affects: nautilus (Ubuntu) → gnome-shell (Ubuntu)
Changed in gnome-shell (Ubuntu):
importance: Undecided → Low
status: New → Confirmed
