Manually selection of language !!!

Hello,

I would like to see there is manual selection of
interface language selection in preferences and
separeted selection of hints and help language... last
time i started programe i got it in my language -
slovenian .... i searched all menus to change it to
english lang but i didn't found it ... the problem is
that i'm used to work in english language in all
programs and applications ... so i got really
frustrated with slovenian menus and translations of
some usual english words

forceing someone to use their born language is really
apsurde. If mostly all other applications use english
as default language, takes me damn long to got meanings
of some menus as translations are sometimes really pain
in the ass

I second that. Although it is possible to delete or rename
the native languages folder under locale. But that is not
the ideal way. ;)

I am using WinXP pro

i'm using windows XP pro --- without slovenina language
update ... i bought it with my gericom laptop 3 years back.
its english version for europe, multilanguage version.

and belive me the only problem is application trying to
force me to use slovenian lang instead english wich i
prefere for all applications.

Problem is that i can't find settings to change that.

I second the manual language selection too.

A temporary (hopefully not permanent) workaround is to create a .bat file
and set LANG variable to whatever language you want.

When LANG is set to C, a language is set to EN-US.
