Bug Description
When using the CMYK color system it is common that you
define a color in percent from 0 to 100 (i.e. CMYK 40,
25, 25, 0) instead from 0 to 255 which is used for RGB
colors.
Changing the color scales for CMYK would be of much
help when someone has to print a vector graphic
professionally.

see bug #994177, but CMYK support isn't there yet really,
it's just converted RGB. When real CMYK is supported I think
it's better to only use percentages (floating point, I think)
